Commercial Banking

Our Commercial Banking Division focuses on serving all non-Institutional clients within the value chain of the Banks large, corporate customers. This is made up of the following segments segment: Oil & Gas, Telecom, Hospitality, Travel agencies, Schools, Traders, Construction, Distributors & Dealers, Professional associations, Legal firms, Women in business and Emerging Institutional Customers with Turnover up to RWF 10 Billion

Personal Banking

The Personal Banking Division forms the retail segment of the Bank and delivers timely and innovative financial products and services to individuals. As the largest division, Personal banking is heavily supported by various channels including e-banking, ATM and branch network.
