The Kigali Serena hotel /ballroom was the venue for the award ceremony of Rwanda s leading magazine, The service Mag and publisher Miss Sandra Idousou was at hand to welcome the over 200 invited guests ,which included the who from across Rwanda “s civic and business community. The unique annual survey was designed by the service Mag and independent UK firm SPA Future .Thinking and aimed to establish which business were providing the highest level of customer care according to their users. Finding s revealed that popularity does not always equal quality which means that the most frequented business does not necessary have the most satisfied customers. Winners in 15 services categories were announced and while by a large enthusiastic applause for their achievement last year.
The 15 winners sectors were: Banks, insurances companies, healthcare, Hotels, Restaurants, Internet providers, telephone providers, coffee shops, Government agencies, Petrol Stations, and Media houses.
Access bank was the bank that was given the accolade of the best customer care service among other banks.
