Noella M. Mupole is a technology executive and board director with over 20 years of experience in digital transformation, ERP implementation, and data governance across the banking, energy, and social impact sectors in Africa.
She currently serves as Chief Technology and Information Officer (Consultant) at Solid'Africa and advises organizations on technology strategy, ERP delivery, and data management. Her career includes senior leadership roles at Bank of Kigali, Energy Utility Corporation Limited (EUCL), ABC-Rwanda, and Crystal Ventures Ltd, where she led large-scale Oracle and SAP transformation programs.
Noella has extensive experience overseeing complex technology initiatives and governance frameworks, bringing a practical, data-driven approach to board oversight in regulated environments.
She holds a BCom Honours in Informatics from the University of Pretoria and serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director at Access Bank Rwanda and Prime Life Insurance Ltd. She has previously served on the boards of BK General Insurance and Coopedu Plc.
Noella is fluent in English, French, Kinyarwanda, and Swahili and is based in Kigali, Rwanda.
