Jules Mukulira Joins Access Bank (Rwanda) Plc, as the Chief Risk Officer.
Prior to this role, Jules held the position of Head of Risk and Compliance for two prominent Banks, Guaranty Trust Bank (Rwanda) Plc and the Development Bank of Rwanda (BRD) Plc.
His diverse skill set encompasses Enterprise Risk, Operational Risk, Credit Risk, Market Risk, Balance sheet risk, Asset and Liability management, Cyber Risk, Data Integrity, Digital, Sustainability Risk, etc.
Jules academic record include a Master of Science Degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Madras, a Master of Science Degree in Statistics from the University of Pune and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics from the University of Rwanda.
Jules is a Certified Risk Analyst (IABFM) and Certified ISO Lead Risk Manager (PECB).
