Jean Felix is the Head, Conduct and Compliance of Access Bank Rwanda. Jean Felix Dukuzimana is a Certified Financial Crimes Specialist (CFCS), CAMS –Certified Global Sanction Specialist, Certified Risk and Compliance Management Professional and Certified ISO22301 Lead Auditor.
Felix is Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the School of Finance and Banking (SFB) currently the College of Business and Economics (CBE). Felix has over 9 years working experience in the Financial Services Industry covering Operations, Internal Control, Business Process Improvement, Risk and Compliance.
