Mr. Henry has over 15 years of Banking experience in Human Resources department. Prior to his appointment, Henry served as the Head of Human Resources at Guaranty Trust Bank (Rwanda) Plc for 4 years and has been with the Bank since 2017, where he had to drive people management and played a strategic role in the capacity building of the young employees that attributed to the successful performance of the Bank.
Mr Henry had a long career of about 10 years with Ecobank (Rwanda) Plc, part of Ecobank Transnational Incorporated (ETI), where he served as the Country Business Partner in Human Resources Department. He played a strategic role during the Bank’s integration process and change management.
Mr Henry holds a bachelor’s degree in economics majoring in Money and Banking from the National University of Rwanda (currently University of Rwanda - Huye Campus). In addition, Henry is a certified chartered Human Resources Analysist (CHRA) certification by American Academy of Project Management and is certified as PDA analyst.
