Alice joined the Board of Access Bank in 2016. She is a professional accountant and a full member of the UK Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), a global professional accounting body.
Alice is also a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Rwanda (ICPAR). She holds a master’s degree in business administration from Heriot-Watt University- Edinburgh Business School, and a bachelor’s degree in business administration Majoring in Marketing from the College of Science and Technology at the University of Rwanda (former KIST)-Rwanda.
Alice has over 15 years of experience in different public financial management (PFM) positions and consultancy. She previously worked as Secretary General of the Auditor General’s Office and Corporate Services Division Manager of Rwanda Natural Resources Authority among others.
Alice is currently a Chief Executive Officer of Ultimate Developers Ltd (UDL). She is also a board member for other private and public institutions in Rwanda
